About Us
We purchased KEWA in June 2005 in Seattle, Washington after sailing Terroir, our Bristol 355,
in New England on Long Island Sound and in surrounding areas including Newport, Block Island,
Martha's Vineyard, the Elizabethan Islands, Nantucket and Provincetown.  We have also
chartered in the Caribbean, Hawaii and Mexico.  Our two young children, Alec and Kirstin, are
learning to love sailing and appreciate the incredible marine environment of the West Coast.

This Website

As we discover useful or interesting information pertaining to sailing in general, Hallberg-Rassy
sailboats and their maintenance or upgrade, or West Coast or other destinations of interest, we'll
attempt to include that information in this website (see, for example,
Tools & Tips and Links).

Our near-term
plans include exploring and enjoying the Sea of Cortez, cruising down to Mexico's
Gold Coast next Winter, and returning to home base in the San Francisco Bay Area next year.
Longer-term plans include cruising to Hawaii and a return to the Pacific Northwest.

Sharing the experience of sailing KEWA with friends, experienced sailors or not, is always a
delight.
